Delivery & Availabilty

Delivery 

We aim to send everything out the day after payment but will do so within 5 days. Depending on the size of the parcel it will be sent by either the Post Office or courier so make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in to receive your order. We will email you with the courier used and the day of delivery as soon as this booked. If there is a day you cannot be available please let us know in a message with your order.

We charge £3.95 delivery on all orders to mainland UK, ordering more items is still only £3.95. You can also order on the site and then collect in the gallery.

The exception to the above is large glazed pictures and other large or fragile items. These have to go by our specialist art courier so please call us to discuss charges. Delivery for these items can take up to 3 weeks.

International Shipping

 

I am afraid that at present we are not shipping overseas.

 

Exhibitions

If an item you wish to buy is featured in an exhibition we will not be able to send it until the exhibition is closing. If this is a problem, please let us know and we will try and help whenever we can.

 

Measurements

The measurements on our website are generally width x height. If an item is deeper than it's width we will usually use that measurement so you have a feel for the overall size of the piece. 

 

Availability

Very (very) occasionally it is possible that an item you wish to buy has been sold in the gallery that day before we can update the website. We sell individual handmade items so duplicates are not usually available. If this occurs we will inform you straight away. We may be able to offer you a substitute and will send you photos if so for you to assess. If these aren’t appropriate for you we will refund you immediately.
