Collection: Fiona Bates

Fiona trained in 3D Design (ceramics) at Central at Central St Martins college London and then completed an Masters at UWE Bristol. 

 After setting up a dedicated studio in Ilfracombe North Devon in 2006, the seascape and working harbor have increasingly influenced her work.  Her pieces are predominantly hand built using several different types of clay.  They are finished in a range of layered glazes.  Each initial piece takes many months to perfect.
