Emily graduated from Goldsmith’s College London with a 1st class honours degree in Fine Art textiles and was then given a scholarship to study tapestry and sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
She became a director of Ash Gallery in Edinburgh and then moved to Cornwall to the prestigious Newlyn Art Gallery where under her directorship she curated and organised contemporary art and craft exhibitions.
Inspired by her surroundings in West Cornwall she began making jewellery in 2000. The pieces are created in solid silver and gold and celebrate the wealth and variety of natural textures. Her current collection include cockle, urchin and rock.
Emily is now represented by over 15 galleries across the UK and has been selected by Creative Kernow to show her work at craft trade events.
